Entry Rules
Empowering Carbon Neutrality
Entries must be submitted along with the appropriately filled application form available
on the award website. Applicants shall enclose detailed information to support the entry
(i.e., data, illustration, chart).
A maximum of two entries can be made by the same individual, team or entity but
must be submitted individually to separate award categories.
The Technical Committee may re-assign an entry to an alternative category when found
more applicable without seeking permission from the respective applicant.
The entries must be well articulated, focused and clearly presented to encompass the
evaluation criteria.
A program or project shall be in the execution phase for a period of not less than one
year prior to date of application with supporting data to demonstrate performance (i.e.,
deliverables, savings, cost reduction, reduced carbon footprint, etc.).
Applicants may be nominated by themselves, other individuals, professional associations
or entities. Each individual entry, however, should be supported by an official letter from
his/her employer if the application related to an executed program/project within the
domain of an organization or entity.
The Technical Committee may seek clarification or request additional supporting
documents from the applicant where suitable.
Incomplete applications may be disqualified. The Technical Committee reserves the right
to withhold applications which do not meet the submission requirement or evaluation
criteria.
The deadline for receiving entry forms will be set and communicated to the public in the
media and the EEA website.
